I joined Robert Half in 2011 as a Staffing Manager for Accountemps where I leveraged my Accounting & Finance experience to match highly skilled candidates with businesses requiring immediate, specialized assistance on a project basis and also individuals who could transition into full-time roles. Within one year I was promoted to Senior Staffing Manager. In 2012, I was promoted to Division Director for Accountemps in the LAX branch where I was engaged in all of the aforementioned duties and was also responsible for training and developing a sales team to achieve company’s activity standards, revenue goals, and expectations. After achieving the Silver Club Recognition status, I became an Assistant Vice President. Due to my success in growing the division over 60% Year over Year,I received the President's Club Recognition Award at our Annual Reach for the Stars awards ceremony. In 2015, I joined the Downtown LA team as a Division Director to help launch the DTLA South division.
