As Aquent's HR Director for Australia Jen brings over 20 years of recruitment industry and HR experience to the company. Jen graduated from The University of Cape Town with a Bachelor in Social Science (Psychology), a postgraduate degree in Education and more recently has undertaken qualifications in HR. Jen is a member of the Australian Institute Of Human Resources. Jen joined Recruitment Solutions in the early 1990s as a senior permanent recruiter and team leader, where she specialised in accounting, finance and business support roles. After ten years in this role - where she also managed the training of junior consultants and graduates - Jenny was promoted to National Training Officer. After 14 years of working for Recruitment Solutions and later the Chandler McLeod Group, Jen moved to Aquent in 2004, where she was initially responsible for high-volume recruitment for one of Aquent's large outsourced accounts. This role included the strategic human resource management of a team of 50. In 2005 she was promoted to the role of as Asia-Pacific HR Manager, where she worked closely with the International CEO and Regional Directors of Greater China, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. In 2010 Jen joined Firebrand (formerly the Permanent Division of Aquent) as Global Director of HR. With the consolidation of Firebrand, Jen currently holds the role of HR Director for Aquent and Firebrand, Australia.
