Sale of CSR to Qualcomm for $2.5B: Built trusted relationships with multiple potential buyers, typically at C-level; led a highly parallel process culminating in announced deal at 57% premium to undisturbed price.Investor Relations: Working with CEO, CFO and board, successfully messaged the corporate transformation. Technology Leadership: Working with VP Technology, prioritized leakage vs gate density creating leadership in 40nm RF Ultra Low Power process which became foundation of CSR’s products and value driver during company sale.
