In both programs, my primary role was to project manage multiple work-streams, collaborate with business area Directors and Managers in the development of viable IT solutions in support of core system transition and implementation. Acted as Business/IT liaison representing the Finance department at IT leadership level.- Successfully led and completed the Campaign Management program including RFP/vendor selection, contracting, creation of project team, architecture and program timeline/budget in support of implementing on Sales Cloud Unlimited Edition.- Led teams of programmers and systems analysts in the requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and production release of surround systems and databases needed to support the core system conversion from MHC to QNXT. - Managed the implementation of over 100 custom reports deployed through OBIEE and SSRS for Medical Management, Member Services, Call Center and Finance departments including the creation of new reporting dashboards for end users.- Led teams of programmers and systems analysts deploying x12 & Flat File interfaces, surround systems and databases needed to support the new core system conversion, and adding two new product lines of business; Cal MediConnect and Covered California.- Successfully implemented a customer facing online premium payment solution with Bank of America to support the state exchange Covered California membership enrolled in the L.A. Care Covered product.- Also led or participated in other key initiatives; CORE EFT/ERA Compliance, ICD-10, Cal MediConnect, Covered California and customer retention solutions.
