Jeff Pearce has a degree in History and Sociology from Hofstra University. Pearce has been working in the education industry for over a decade, starting as an instructional administrator in a high school in Northern California. After a few years of experience in this capacity, Pearce began working as an instructional developer, specializing in creating and calibrating teacher training materials. In this role, Pearce helped to adoption of new teacher education programs, designed and tested curriculum, and designed and developed instructional materials. pearlce started his work readiness journey in marketing, earning a marketing degree from Brigham Young University.
