I have over twenty years of experience in the data and analytics industry, specifically in data and analytics management and consulting. I first moved to the United States Navy in 1978 and spent seventeen years there, eventually becoming a Recruiting Manager/Recruiter. In my time as a Recruiting Manager/Recruiter, I managed and contracted with hundreds of Navy departments and units, flew over 50 missions as a Naval Air Squadron Pilot and worked extensively with mission planning and squadron command.
