💼 Past Experience

I was responsible for developing budgets, creating businesses plans, solving internal issues as they arise and developing marketing programs. I guidance the branch managers with policies, procedures and management techniques to improve sales results across the industry. I also developed and held regular reviews of the company's performance against performance goals set by the company. This included developing policies, procedures and handling the aftermath of a major casualty such as a tornado, fire, or medical situation. I developed individual Disaster Recovery Plans for each of the businesses in the Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, Dallas, Houston, and San Bernardino divisions. Jeff Moore is a business major with a certificate in Business Administration and Management from Southern Methodist University. Then he attended Cox School of Business from 1997-2001. He then obtained a Governing Family Enterprises, Business Administration and Management certificate from Northwestern University in 2018. Finally, Jeff earned a High School diploma from Villa Park High School from 1993-1997.Jeff's educational background provides him with the skills and knowledge needed to operate in a variety of businesses. He has a degree from a top business school, which provides him with the skills and knowledge needed in a variety of business settings. In addition to his business education, Jeff also has experience in the areas of governing families, business administration and management, and general management. This Provides him with the knowledge and skills needed to be a successful business executive.

💡 Technical & Interpersonal Skills

I was responsible for increasing the sales activity in the area, identifying new business opportunities and directing project sales. In addition, as the Branch Manager I was responsible for the regular reviews of financial reports, providing marketing and sales feedback to the office and providing local pubille with industry specific information. I was also responsible for working with the LOC, local marketing, division managers and their deputies to help achieve 150% market share in the Phoenix metropolitan area by year's end.Outside of my job, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters. I am also a member of the American Technologies widows and fathers society, have involvement in the Boy Scouts of America and am a consultant for United Way.
