From November 2015 to Present (2 months) Director of Cloud Operations @ Planning, Implmenting and Supporting .NET container solutions in the RedHat OpenShift PAAS environment maximizing CPU and memory hardware utilization for our customers allowing them to repurpose assets toward new initiavties. From February 2015 to August 2015 (7 months) President & CEO @ After having analyzed AWS Cloud test environment for migration to a production environment in AWS, working through the limitations of EC2 in the micro instance world. VPC set up with public and private subnets keeping customers data safe. Implemented Security groups for correct access, and separated the admin NAS instance for ongoing agile maintenance. Load balancers configured for incoming loads and instances created to auto scale Jboss instances and Elastic Search instances. RDS instance created for the MySQL backend with its ability to scale and provide other read replicas.

Team consitisted of locations from around the Globe, India, Italy, Germany, England, Canada, and locations within the US. Cloud was NTTA and BMC. From July 2012 to December 2012 (6 months) Greater Chicago AreaCloud Consultant @ Completed setting up a hybird deployment stack to be use for all Infogix's products to be deployed as needed by there customers to the AWS Cloud. Developed new marketing strategies for ongoing support products, including Power Spare, Quick
Start and Support Packs. These support products now account for a third of our strategic revenue
stream: $600K to $1.2 million a year, and growing. From January 1995 to September 2011 (16 years 9 months) Lead Business Analyst @ Symbol Technologies (autoid devices & systems; Identified the lack of an IT solution for a market segment, marshaled external resources to develop an effective software solution, then sold it both internally and externally. This successful product boosted revenue from $120 million to $450 million over a four-year period.
Developed and sold a solution for a customer's system limitation. Directed and managed the changes required, enhancing the customer's current system implementation. Provided the customer a longer life for his current system, justifying the expense of the changes. Resulted in 5406 wireless terminals over 157 sites, and initial revenue of $17.2 million. Have resold this customer three times.
Retained many key accounts, which had been jeopardized by prior mismanagement. For example, assumed control of an engineering effort gone astray, and delivered an innovative Wireless Point of Sale solution for a large retailer - thereby retaining a $50 million revenue source.
