Prepare fleet depreciation and operation & maintenance cost for all equipment. Present these costs as fleet rental rates for the County budget process. Analyze fleet equipment for replacement. Provide scope of work and minimum specifications for new replacement equipment. Prepare the department budget. Monitor all department purchases for proper coding to the budget. Administer the fleet management software (Faster Asset Solutions). From March 2001 to July 2006 (5 years 5 months) Distribution Supervisor @ Distribution Supervisor – Oversee the activities of 6 to 8 Delivery Merchandisers including payroll, safety programs, DOT pre/post trip inspections, hours of service logs, annual performance reviews. Investigate route problems; communicate with Delivery Merchandisers and customers to resolve issues. Install Tech – Properly installation automated meter reading devices on gas and electric meters. Accurately read and program all meters. From January 1995 to February 1997 (2 years 2 months) Unit Service Advisor @ Unit Service Advisor – Supervise and monitor work load minimizing expenses and serviceability of equipment. Generate and prioritize all work assignments for personnel, coordination of workload for dual shifts. I was responsible for identification and presentation of solutions to increase productivity necessary for developing new service procedures. Conduct cost benefit analysis on materials purchased from local vendors for the highest quality and lowest prices available. Maintains security of company investment and property by verifying all parts purchased and charged through the storeroom.
