• Developed a Payment Warehouse to process all Bill Payments, Funds Transfers and Wires and integrated it with Web Bill Pay so the customers had one view into all of their online and offline transactions.

• Created a Money Movement Program and developed the first self-service online financial transactions to include Bill Pay, inter and intra bank transfers and Bill Presentment.

• Managed most of the development of usaa.com as an integrated financial servicing web site.
