1. What first attracted you to entrepreneurship?I was deeply drawn to entrepreneurship because it is a challenge to solve hard problems and create things that have an impact. I had always wanted to do something that I was passionate about and had an impact on. I was lucky enough to experience the entrepreneurial venture of Nimble from February 2005 to November 2007. That experience showed me how to build products that solve hard problems and make a meaningful impact on the world. It was also very early in my career, so I was able to learn a great deal about product development, marketing, strategic partnerships, and business strategy.2. What have you found to be the biggest challenges in starting your own business?One of the biggest challenges in starting your own business is to quickly develop a product that enticing enough to make people want to buy it. Additionally, it can be difficult to get your product to market. I have found that one of the most important skills for starting a business is being brave enough to walk on the weak side of the argument and pursue a product that is not consensus-wise ideal. I have also found that it is important to have a clear vision for your business and to be able to articulated it to a wide group of people.3. What are your biggest career highlights?My biggest career highlight would have to be my time at Nimble from February 2005 to November 2007. There, I was able to build the business from scratch and help it reach its peak. I also had a lot of fun doing this as a CEO. I was able to get Nimble to the point where it was a commercial powerhouse in the industry and was able to help a lot ofAnimal Protection Organizations achieve success.4. What do you consider to be the most rewarding aspect of your work experiences?The most rewarding aspect of my work experiences has been the ability to make a meaningful impact on the world and the investment I have been able to make in my career. I have also found that my work has helped me develop my skills as a CEO, product development leader, marketing strategist, and business developer.
