As Chief Technology Officer consolidated Caravan's business operations into a consistent cloud-based framework to support a distributed production model given Caravan's unique de-centralized operations that spanned multiple timezones. Migrated Caravan's early operational model from a decentralized desktop-oriented client-server model to an integrated cloud-based model using tools such as Google Apps for Business, Beanstalk Version Control, Podio App Suite, Skype, Dropbox and Amazon Web Services. The resulting business infrastructure provided a cohesive, adaptable platform that scales based on client and project needs while offering various tiers of communication, tracking and traceability of project execution. From January 2010 to July 2012 (2 years 7 months) IT Operations Committee Chair @ As IT Operation Committee Chair for Richmond's first successful K-5 charter school, I provided IT operations planning, management and services towards the creation of the "Patrick Henry School of Sciences and Arts" under a charter school contract from the Richmond Public Schools school board.
