When there was an opportunity to lead Sherpa, a revolutionary new type of CRM Sales Conversion tool designed by Senior Housing Experts for Senior Housing Organizations, I couldn't turn it down. While the senior housing industry has change over the past 20 years, most sales trainings, sales cultures, and sales expectations have not.
As COO of Sherpa, I plan on adding a whole new dimension of Sales Management through a new way of measuring sales effectiveness, KPI's, and "time in selling zone". The Journey has begun!
