I have more than 12 years’ of HR experience that I can share with you. A lot has changed since I last worked in HR. First and foremost, the industry is changing constantly, so I must be prepared to keep up with the latest changes. At Econocaribe, I was responsible for various aspects of HR, from collecting and analyzing HR data to making strategic decisions about which employees to keep and which employees to send to other programs. In my role, I worked with team members to create aHR program that was successful and reached out to new areas of the company.Analyst /Consultant, HR & Compensation at Kaplan University:I most recently worked as an Analyst / Consultant, HR & Compensation at Kaplan University. At Kaplan University, I was responsible for developing and administering HR policies, Programs, and services. In addition, I was also responsible for coordinating and participating in employment hearings, developing and implementing compensation plans, and managing individual employee files. I am extremely proud of the work I did at Kaplan University and will continue to work with the HR team to inject some life into their PROGRAMS.Head of Human Resources at Quirch Foods:I am currently a Head of Human Resources at Quirch Foods. Javiel HRM's education has prohibited him from being an entry-levelemployee for a long time, due to his lack of experience and knowledge in the field. However, Javiel is determined to rectify this as soon as possible.
