My responsibilities include: • I am responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening qualified candidates from external and internal sources to fulfill specialty and leader positions as well as working directly with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies. I also develop innovative avenues to increase quantity, quality, and diversity of our candidate pools. • I coach Recruiter 1s, 2s, and Staffing Specialists in support of continuous team improvements on transactional issues, client relations and innovating recruiting techniques. • In addition to core recruiting responsibilities I also help train an onboard new Recruiters and train existing Recruiters on new systems, policies, and procedures.
