As President, I re-established the firm by securing funding for our first 3 custom homes while growing our market presence, brand recognition, supply chain, and local sales network. I focused the firm on high quality construction at an affordable price, and have seen custom home contracts grow by more than double annually since reopening. Revenues exceeded $1.5 million in 2018 and we have secured over $8 million in contracts for 2019 and growing. I vertically integrated an independent pre-owned auto dealership with a financial services firm specializing in the generation and servicing of sub-prime auto debt. Through the creation of industry benchmark standard underwriting procedures and collections practices the quality of incoming loans increased while also growing the loan portfolio. The IT systems were streamlined and updated from a local server based system to a cloud based management system with strong analytical and collections tools to accommodate future business growth. New marketing plans were created and implemented to improve the effectiveness of our advertising and maximize impressions on our target customers as well as establish a brand. In addition to overseeing those changes, I was responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal regulations including the Federal Truth in Lending Act, CFPB Bulletins, and South Carolina Title 37. Finally, I was responsible for securing capital to fund $5.0 million of acquisitions in the retail loan portfolio while modifying terms to balance the needs of short-term cash flow and long-term growth. I left the position to a partner in the firm as I focused on the growth of Hudson Custom Homebuilders. From November 2012 to March 2018 (5 years 5 months) Myrtle Beach, South Carolina AreaSenior Analyst @ Rolls-Royce North America As a Senior Analyst, I managed all financial responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and administration, for an 11-million dollar operating budget at a start-up manufacturing facility.
