Check-in and manipulate customer data by creating Unix shell scripts and COBOL language software. When data manipulation was complete, I would use a language similar to Basic and C++ called PrintSoft to design a direct mail form that included the manipulated customer information and graphics. In additional to my daily duties, I assisted the Systems Development Life Cycle Team in creating a company-wide database in MS Access and Visual Basic. I was in consideration of being promoted to the SDLC team. From February 2002 to February 2004 (2 years 1 month)
