He then joined the team at Newk's Eatery in Tunica, Mississippi from October 1996 to April 1998, where he was manager financial analysis. From 1998 to 2001, Jason Morgan also worked as a Board Member at Newk's Eatery. At the end of 2017, Morgan transitioned over to CEO of both Original ChopShop and bellagreen and Brock created a new and separate entity, Hargett Hunter Capital Management, to pursue future opportunities in the restaurant sector.
