Documented and modified electronic labeling systems for labeling locally assembled electrical motors and manufacturing tools. We are developing a social media market platform for teenagers, professionals, colleges, businesses, and local community. We work with private and public institutions to offer teenagers unprecedented access to jobs, internships, professional connections, career path and college guidance, and an abundance of resources and services to “make their lives better.”What do I do at Yolobe? Im the chief nerd, CTO - and I'm responsible for making everything work. I built the original apps, and all backend processing services (crawling, scheduling, search, ingestion etc) - doing dev-ops deployments and architecture.I designed the original systems to be fault tolerant, distributed and emphasizing uptime and reliability over raw speed. Im very product focused, and will built something in a couple days to test the idea before really rewriting for a longer term use. Most systems are either Java or Node microservices, and our frontend stuff is Angular, transitioning to React.I operate Yolobe workloads on Azure and AWS - and love containerized deployments, well defined APIs and thinking of simple solutions to big problems. Its fun stuff - AMA From July 2015 to October 2018 (3 years 4 months) Greater Chicago AreaAdjunct Industry Professor @ Illinois Institute of Technology Teaching and assisting students in their senior Web Development capstone course ITMD 467/567.
