💼 Past Experience

Before Optegra, Jason Ihaia was VP Technology at Krohm Solutions from January 2001 to January 2003. Prior to that, he was VP Technology at Interset from August 1999 to January 2001. Jason is a veteran developer, having worked on a wide variety of projects from web applications to Sikorsky helicopters. He is currently a CTO at Optegra, Inc. where he posts as a Technical Forum Moderator.

Jason Ihaia has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from The University of Queensland. After graduating from university, Jason worked as a student dietitian before landing his current role as a nutrition teacher at The Catholic School of Australia in Fitzroy. Jason is also a sports medicine doctor and has worked as a medical specialist in the clinic for children and adults with sports medicine conditions. Jason has a strong interest in nutrition and has written a lot on the topic, primarily for adults. Jason is currently working on a book about healthy eating for adults and children, which will be released in 2019.
