Responsible for the proactive monitoring of Cloud Applications in AWS platform by using Chef for automation, Splunk for troubleshooting , and Nagios , metrics, status, alarms, and the prioritisation and reaction to trouble tickets and alerts detailed investigation and analysis of problems
