I am a do-er. Whether it is developing a strategic plan or executing a new operational process, I am at my best when I can be in the thick of it, adding value however and wherever possible. I’ve always had a knack for process. At Citco Fund Services, I led the cross-functional integration of a $600 million client and subsequently developed operational strategies to improve the overall month-end reconciliation process. As a strategic consultant to the Stanford Athletics Department, I formulated the financial pro formas and marketing plans for the $4 million renovation and subsequent operation of the Stanford Equestrian Center. In 2008 I decided to reset my professional compass and enrolled in the full-time MBA program at the Tepper School of Business. I focused my studies on Entrepreneurship, while also completing concentrations in Marketing, Strategy and Finance. My experience at Tepper revealed that my strength is in developing project-specific strategies for growing organizations. I had strategized business development plans for five start-up concepts. I was a finance intern with P&G, analyzing marketing spending trends across the globe to determine best practices for maximizing return on future initiatives. I also really love building strategic partnerships. At Stanford GSB, I do deep industry research to connect with recruiters, alumni and other industry insiders, to source career opportunities. I also manage numerous strategic and technical initiatives to maximize the Career Management Center’s effectiveness. I’ve discovered that at the end of the day, I am an expert people-connector and master problem-solver. I thrive when I can be a resource to others, imparting knowledge or directing someone to the tools they need to maximize their efforts (and profits!).
