💼 Past Experience

From the summer of 2007 until the fall of 2008 Jan Jamrich was the Product Manager for Microsoft’s User Responsibility Software (USR) project in Seattle. Jan was responsible for the design, development, testing, and launch of USR. User Responsibility Software is Microsoft’s attempt to create a system that will allow employees to effectively manage their own work. The project was announced in February of 2006, and was designed to roll out in eight months. Jan worked on USR while also working on another project at the time, called “Structure”. Structure was designed to help organizations design better productOrgribasis.com.In 2002 Jan was the CEO and Founder of Entromy, a software company that aims to build a revolutionary platform that can in real-time surface very specific key business risks, issues and ideas, previously only possible through days of interviews, consulting engagements, and significant effort. Entromy’s EIP leverages cutting edge natural language processing capabilities to synthesize insights and deliver flexible infrastructure for real-time organizational health visibility to support business due diligence, PMI, business transformations, rapid growth of distributed teams, and overall business performance. Jan has deep hands-on expertise with predictive analytics, distributed analytics, and leading cloud infrastructures, data management and visualization. Jan is also a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group where she is responsible for vision, GTM, operating model, team growth and operations, and commercial value delivery to clients.

Jan Jamrich has a degree in Business Administration from Macalester College and a degree in Economics from the European University Institute in Rome, Italy.
