Jan Jones Blackhurst received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa.After a two year stint as an interns in the social work Department of the University of Iowa, Jan Jones Blackhurst joined the staff at the Center for Community and Adult Services (CCAS) in 1993. There, she worked in a variety of positions, including in development, program coordinator, and support staff.
