From February 2013 to Present (2 years 11 months) Agile Project Manager, BBC Homepage @ Using Scrum I delivered a range of cross-device projects of the highest quality alongside a steady stream of incremental product updates. I led a team over 18 months to deliver the mobile BBC Homepage from discovery and understanding through to delivery and continued improvement. Other achievements included:
• Implemented an effective workflow process that has resulted in well-planned software development and reduced time from concept to delivery.
• Integral in setting up the new team for success by ensuring the most appropriate project and organisational culture was implemented.
• Aligned with agile principles I served as the team’s coach, helping members understand new ways of working to perform to their highest level From October 2011 to March 2013 (1 year 6 months) Delivery Team Lead @ Leading the delivery of major digital projects at a senior project management level. I planned and co-ordinated programmes of work across different digital channels to meet business requirement for clients such as Oxfam, National Union of Students etc.
