Jamie is an executive leader and entrepreneur with 20 years of experience financing, building, and successfully managing small and medium sized technology companies. In addition to his management experience, he has led 9 private and public market M&A transaction for his companies, and raised $85 million of venture capital on behalf of four of his companies. Currently, Jamie is the CEO of thePlatform, the dominant cloud TV platform for the largest media companies and cable operators around the world. From 2007-2010, Jamie was an executive at Zango, a $70 million online marketing firm. He became its president in 2008, and eventually GM, after it was acquired by blinkx, in April of 2009. Jamie spent the prior four years as the COO/CFO and EVP Corporate Development at ePartners, Microsof't's largest business applications consultancy in the United States, with nearly 400 employees worldwide. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Miller was the President and COO of DBS Direct, the largest distributor of DirecTV. The company was successfully brought to profitability and sold to Transmedia Corporation, a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ. In 1993 Mr. Miller co founded his first startup. iCat was a pioneer in e-commerce enabling software. He began as its CFO, and eventually became its CEO in 1997. The company was acquired by Intel in 1998.
