Our clinic is located in Hickory, North Carolina in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We provide complete neurological care.
Dr. Armstrong is extremely accomplished in the field of Neurology and holds five board certifications by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in the following specialties:
Neurology - Neuromuscular Medicine - Clinical Neurophysiology - Sleep Medicine - Epilepsy
We offer daily outpatient neurological clinic services. We treat patients from the ages of ten and up.
Specialty evaluations and services are offered in the clinic. We provide a complete array of electrodiagnostic services. These include: Electroencephalograpy (EEG), Nerve conduction studies (NCS), Repetitive nerve stimulation studies (RNS), Electromyography (EMG), Single fiber electromyography (SEMG), Ambulatory electroencephalography (AEEG), Vagal Nerve Stimulator Programming, and Botox therapy for neurological conditions. Sleep studies and Evoked Potential studies are also provided.
Neuroimaging, laboratory evaluations, and all affiliated specialty services are coordinated with our office and are available within the immediate vicinity of the clinic.
Surgical Intraoperative Neurology:
Dr. Armstrong has specialty training in Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology. We provide Surgical Intraoperative Monitoring services for an extensive array of surgical procedures. We also provide remote interpretation of electroencephalography studies.
Medical-Legal Services:
As an expert in neurology and medico-legal issues we also provide expert medical analysis of complex cases pertaining to neurological issues. Dr. Armstrong is highly experienced in this field and provides expert case analysis, depositions, and direct court testimony.
