An app that allows remote viewing of WiFi baby monitors and security cameras. Some additional features of the app include the ability to record streaming video, take snapshots, and 2-way communication from Android device to camera.
Companion website for the Android app. This site allows users of the cameras to view streaming video online, update settings, manage users on their accounts, and more.
Web based applications:
Administrative tool for managing the large user base of these camera systems. The admin tool provides a means to manage all aspects of the camera systems including users, registered devices, server and systems status, usage reports, troubleshooting, and more.
I also handled all of the cross-platform data integration between these various systems. The most valuable experience that I gained from these projects was in dealing with this multi-server environment that handles a very large number of users. From September 2013 to November 2014 (1 year 3 months) Modular Data Management Framework @ This robust framework drives the data management systems behind several CRM / CMS's created by BitShift Interactive. It's flexible enough to be used to manage data for any industry and easily adaptable for custom use. The unique quality of this framework is the ability to quickly create and link together various independent parts within any data system. Common uses such as in real estate management include the ability to create a property and quickly link it to other modular data sets, agents, phone numbers, addresses, other properties, etc. The entire system allows the user to "snap together" multiple components in a many-to-many relationship. From July 2013 to December 2013 (6 months) RUXi Framework - Responsive User Experience Interface @ I developed RUXi, a responsive development framework that offers completely custom transformation of web content based on screen size. While other responsive tool kits such as Bootstrap have a limited number of transformation points and depend on a strict grid, RUXi does not hinder movement in any way. RUXi is created in pure CSS and does not require any css pre-processing. This simple to use framework allows unlimited custom transformation points and does not require a grid layout. From January 2013 to July 2013 (7 months) Clipper Wind Power - Android Wind Data Field Tool @ This Android/HTML5 hybrid field tool allows techs and meteorologists to track wind and weather data from MET towers all over the country, manage daily maintenance operations and more. This project is unique because of the tight integration between the Android UI and online Google maps API that run seamlessly together to create a smooth user experience. From February 2012 to December 2012 (11 months) Brian Rembrandt - Bighorn Leadership Facebook App @ Unique requirements of this project include heavy modification of Joomla components, integration of social plugins, and implementing visualization and reporting tools. From January 2012 to December 2012 (1 year) Developed lightweight Android OpenGL ES 2D Framework @ I have used this framework to create several apps that are currently available in Android Market(Search for BitShift Interactive). I'm currently working to expand this into a 3D game/application framework. From June 2011 to December 2011 (7 months) Authored CMgeniuS, Elite Content Management System @ This unique CMS allows not only the simple management of web page content but allows a user to build an entire website from scratch.
