From August 2010 to July 2013 (3 years) CONSTRUCTION MANAGER @ Extensive involvement in a $200m Pharmaceutical Factory construction project on behalf of Merck Health Care that included a 50,000m3 RC frame-building, installation of pressure vessels via a new Rail Link, installation of 2 large tank farms including 2 16m high blast walls and the construction of associated external roads and drainage.
Successfully completed the project on time and within budget, achieving a clean safety record throughout. From January 2003 to July 2010 (7 years 7 months) CONSTRUCTION MANAGER @ Engaged on the $600m project to redevelop Dundrum Town Centre and a project to construct a new section of Dundrum Bypass.
Constructed the largest shopping centre in Europe involving a 281,747m2 structure over 17 acres in the city centre whilst minimising disruption to surrounding infrastructure that included a school, residential dwellings and commercial premises. This necessitated the use of drill and blast operations.
Successfully diverted the River Slang and the associated removal of approximately 250,000m3 of granite.
Oversaw the installation of stone façades, trespa cladding, elaborate glazing and complex ICT/AV security systems.
