• Led development of an Interface Control Document (ICD) addressing Layer 1, 2 & 3 functions for payload-to-terminal communications in TSAT, a cutting-edge military satellite system.
Received a commendation award from the Air Force for work on the ICD. From October 2007 to April 2011 (3 years 7 months) Lead Systems Project Engineer @ • Scheduled, planned, directed and procured all engineering resources for the development of a scalable, self-configuring ad-hoc sensor-embedded communications network project consisting of a low-data rate network and a high-data rate network (802.11).
Received 4 achievement awards, one per year, for work on the wireless project. From April 2003 to October 2007 (4 years 7 months) DSP Firmware Engineer @ Successfully developed an echo canceller for the IXS1000 media gateway as part of a VoP (Voice-over-Packet) program for the embedded firmware DSP group and received a carrier-class certification from AT&T in less than two years.
Received an Intel Division Recognition award for work on the echo canceller. From January 2000 to April 2003 (3 years 4 months) Digital Processor Payload Design / Verification Engineer @ Researched requirements, architectural design and development of DSP algorithms for a digital demodulator and detector for a low-power CMOS technology for MILSATCOM.
Received 3 achievement awards and bonus for work on the design and development of the digital satellite payload architecture. From January 1996 to January 2000 (4 years 1 month)
