Here is a list of our current projects with brief descriptions: The Kempinski Hotel & Residence Tower is a 69-story (260m) mixed-use tower located on the northern section of the Jeddah Corniche with excellent views of the Red Sea and close proximity to the Jeddah International Airport, the Mall of Arabia, and the Red Sea Mall. The tower consists of 242 hotel keys, including 18 serviced apartments, and 108 residences, including a Penthouse. There are three restaurants, three lounges, a large banquet hall, a state-of-the-art business center, health clubs for both men and women, a kids club, and an exclusive members club. Moreover, the property benefits from a ten-story parking structure (plus 3 underground floors) with a capacity of more than 570 cars. I have enjoyed the challenges in working with and coordinating the design and engineering documents with multi cultural consultants such as the Architect's Perkin Wills in New York, the Structural Engineer's Boll und Partner in Stuttgart, Germany, the MEP Engineer's ICEM in Uxbridge, England, and the Interior Designer's Peter Selling Associates in Hong Kong.
