Lithium powers online customer communities for enterprises, allowing them to drive word-of-mouth marketing and reducing support costs.
I was responsible for leading the architecture and engineering of Lithium's SaaS-based social CRM platform supporting over 250+ enterprise communities, 20+ million users and over 2 billion page views a month, including large scale customers such as AT&T, Sony, Linksys, Salesforce, MTV and Paypal.
I ran the engineering team comprising of 35+ engineers and architects responsible for the technology platform over 4 key areas – Platform, Application, Social Media Monitoring and Analytics.
