As technical lead for the Tools for Operations and Monitoring team, was responsible for the design, development and operations of monitoring solutions for over 100,000 cores at 300 sites around the world. I delivered a monitoring infrastructure used to ensure the reliability, availability and performance of the grid infrastructure across 170 computing centres in 34 countries. I was also line manager for 10 international staff members.
