Jaehak Lee’s Training:Jaehak Lee received his undergraduate degree from Gakkon Middle School, then went on to study food science and hospitality at Vanderbilt University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in 2010. Shenzhen Polytechnic of Technology, where he received his masters degree in Food Science in 2013. Jaehak Lee commenced his professional relationship with the Hong Kong-based travel agency InterContinental in 2013. He worked as a line cook at the agency for two years before becoming a sous chef. In 2015, he was transferred to InterContinental Abu Dhabi as a Junior Executive Sous Chef. From October 2012 to November 2016, he was a Sous Chef at Phoenicia InterContinental Hotel Beirut. From March 2011 to October 2012, he was a Senior Executive Sous Chef at InterContinental Abu Dhabi.
