The first time Jacques Weston met a real world motorcycle racer was when he was tried out for the team at J. Weston Ministries, Inc. which was a church where he worked and was in the midst of a process of enlisting other staff. He was told by the team captain that he had the potential to become a Good looking and very fastest rider, a higherpriority for the team. Jacques Weston laughed and agreed to try, became the fastest rider on the team, and was continued 4 years on the team. Jacques Weston worked for Guitar Center from January 1, 1997 to December 30,1999. He was a Clerk. There he was responsible for a wide variety of duties including but not limited to counting the inventory, issuing purchase orders, and resolving errors in vendor invoices. He spent significant time managing the company's massive logistical resources which included countless pickups and drops, running the company's iron clad inventory control, and managing company'sFriandizing practices. With the exception of a two-month leave of absence in early 1998 due to a health condition, Jacques Weston spent the majority of his time at the company. There he learned how to deal with the various stakeholders in the company and worked to create a smooth, effective, and efficient working environment.
