I spent one year with Ancestry in customer support. My responsibility was to help customers with their online purchase, and also to help with their technical issues that arose during the purchase and use of Ancestry’s services. Additionally, I provided support during the growth of Ancestry and helped to maintain the company’s lines of communication with its customers and internal team.In my time at Ancestry, Iverson was an important member of the technical team. Iverson was responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s Testing Framework, and for developing and performing manual and automated tests for Ancestry products. Additionally, Iverson was responsible for providing support to the customer base, and was involved in the organization andplementation of QAefforts.Iverson was an excellent employee, and he was always able to provide Stephen and the rest of the technical team with good technical advice and support. He was also a very supportive individual, and always seemed to be willing to help other members of the technical team.
