Advisory Service – Provision of a full advisory and support service to BTP management, colleagues and employees on BTP Resourcing and Workforce Planning policies, processes, methods and procedures, providing information and advice in accordance with guidelines provided by the Resourcing and Workforce Planning management team and BTP HR policies and practices so that agreed service levels are met.
Resourcing Plans – As directed by the Resourcing and Workforce Planning management team, take responsibility for the delivery of annual resourcing plans.
Internal Liaison Service - Conduct thorough vacancy briefings with hiring managers and the relevant HR generalist to develop business knowledge and understanding of the requirements of the role to be able to advise on the most appropriate resourcing options.
External Liaison Service – Liaise with and brief external candidates and agencies in relation to resourcing processes/campaigns as required by team management in line with all relevant service and statutory requirements. These schemes are designed to incentivise sustainable farming techniques through funding in order to maintain and enhance Britain's natural environment. From January 2013 to July 2013 (7 months) Senior Microgeneration Advisor @ Assisted in the delivery and administration of the Feed-in Tariff scheme for the renewables industry through the registration and management of Feed-in Tariff accounts. In this role, I executed accurate data entry over multiple databases in order to meet target and time-allocated deadlines, ensuring that all processes adhered to governing legislation and company policy throughout. My other main responsibilities were to resolve a variety of complex issues by using raw data and technical knowledge of renewable system installations, and to efficiently answer customer queries via email and telephone as part of a contact centre.
