My responsibility during each session is to observe the users, their interactions with the product, their psychological behaviors once performing a certain task, listen to their frustration and their satisfaction. On top of all that, I also work with the CMO, VP of Marketing and Head of PR on the planning phrase of a new campaign. I, then, work with the Social Media Correspondent and Designers to complete the tasks.
