The purpose os this position is to assure that the Director for Science administration and the department meet all the priorities and obligations. This role translates directly into STRI meeting its priorities and obligations as institution.
This position requires a person exceedingly well organized, flexible and that enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting a medium size office of diverse people and programs. Must have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of profesionalism and confidentiality, which is crucial to this role.
