My main resposibilities as a Senior Quality Compliance Coordinator for ANZ are based on: •Management of the audit program in Australia and New Zealand. •Responsible for ANZ Quality when the QM is unavailable •Development and implementation of quality systems to ensure robust processes and product quality. •Management of consumer and customer complaint investigations, trending and CAPA implementation. •Ensure Company's compliance with all appropriate regulations, policies and procedures. •Provides input re Quality on NPD/EPD projects for externally manufactured products. •Review and approval of Annual Product Reviews and Stability Studies. •Creation and mainteinance of Product Dossiers for all projects. •Training others on GMP compliance, regulatory requirements, RB policies and procedures. •Monitoring and reporting Quality KPIs •Mainteining appropriate level of quality / technical agreements with RB Intercompany sites •Auditing Pesticide products to ensure compliance. From June 2015 to Present (7 months) Sydney, AustraliaQuality Compliance Coordinator ANZ @ • Providing input into the development and implementation of quality systems to ensure robust processes and product quality. • Performance of external / internal audits, store checks and product audits. • Management of consumer and customer complaint trending, investigations and CAPA implementation. • Providing input re Quality on NPD/EPD projects for externally manufactured products. • Maintaining technical agreements with third party and intercompany sites. • Collection and review of documentation for Annual Product Reviews. • Preparation and /or update of Product Dossiers. • Review and approval of Certificates of Analysis for lot controlled products and products under quarantine, and product release. • Implementation of appropriate controls to ensure consistent product quality. • Monitoring the overall quality of finished goods manufactured by third party and intercompany sites and their quality system compliance. • Ensurance of Company's compliance with all appropriate regulations, policies and procedures. • Assistance with the development of reviews and procedures. • Coaching and educating others on GMP compliance, regulatory requirements, RB policies and procedures. • Assistance with the management of the documentation system. • Audit of Pesticide products to ensure compliance. • Keeping up to date with the continuing changes in ANZ legislation, local standards, global requirements.
