Marketing, Vichy, Active Cosmetics Division • Created POS materials for Boots and independent pharmacies. • Strong digital component of the role, including: briefing and implementing digital campaigns, creating social media content, updating the Vichy website and working with pharmacies and Boots.com to improve online product pages and grow e-commerce. My main achievement was the Liftactiv Secret of Serum 10 online game, which involved developing a bespoke website and integrating social media platforms, as well as managing competition entries and delivery of prizes. • Carried out research on competitors, market trends and consumers to inform the clear positioning of Vichy products within the market. 2. Sales, L'Oréal Paris, Consumer Products Division • Supported the National Account Managers within the L’Oréal Paris team across all aspects of the commercial activity, including: managing the internal systems and Tesco platforms, optimising online product pages, carrying out store visits, maintaining store reports, competitor promo plans and Excel trackers on incremental stands, NPD performance and market shares. • Developed strong insights through Dunnhumby and Kantar in order to assist Account Managers with their understanding of shoppers and purchasing behaviour. 3.Marketing, Matrix, Professional Products Division • Managed the relaunch for one of the brand’s hair care ranges through a variety of marketing channels, such as POS, Sales Collateral or Digital. • Developed the digital plan for the launch – a 360 approach integrating a new website, our social media platforms and e-commerce partners. • Worked closely with the wider Matrix UK team, the Matrix HQ in New York and L’Oréal’s Legal department to ensure the best communication for the UK market. • Built a strong knowledge of the market by researching consumer insights, visiting salons and attending distributor meetings.
