Sales Manager - Risk Management @ Facilitating professional dialogue in the Analytics, Digitalisation/CRM and Risk Management domains within SAS and with its customers. The role implies leading teams of industry experts interacting with clients and their change management projects. It involves most forms of risk management issues (such as operational risk through to Market Risk, Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, Fraud and other), but also involves the use of Analytic tools and talent to achieve operational excellence. In particular I am promoting intiatives around Customer Intelligence and Analytic, Digitalisation and regulative compliance. From April 2013 to Present (2 years 9 months) Oslo Area, NorwayNordic Business Manager - Banking @ Nordic commercial Manager for the banking sectors, leading a cross functional team of consultants, project leaders and Service Account Managers.The teams' responsibility included new market initiatives, consultancy, advanced solution sales, partner search. The role also included assisting in business driven solution design and product development. From January 2012 to April 2013 (1 year 4 months) Oslo Area, NorwayBusiness Manager Norway @ Managing ALOC in Norway, with responsibility for the development of the company’s operations. The job held an emphasis on sales leadership & management, strategy development, recruiting, and partner development. The job also included product development within finance applications for Risk Management, Trading and Asset Management, and c-level negotiations. I was also involved in ALOCs internationalization process. Being the first foreign office for ALOC, it was a significant change process for ALOC to transform into an internationally oriented business. The result was 10x top line growth and a successful rooting of the company in Norway as well as start-up in Luxembourg. From February 2006 to January 2012 (6 years) International Relationship Manager @ International Business Development, incl. international sales and partner searches. Helped develop the strategy for internationalization and later execute on it. From January 2011 to December 2011 (1 year) Financial director and co-founder (Oil & Gas Exploration) @ An Oil Search & Exploration venture. Developed the ventures early stages and conducted ground research, contract assessment, and negotiations with States Advisory and Ministry Level authorities for concessions. Treasury & Energy solution @ Product management and sales for SUPERPORT Treasury Management solution and SUPERPORT Energy Trading platform (Norway). From February 2004 to January 2006 (2 years) Oslo Area, NorwayCo-Founder and Financial Director @ Masterex invested in regional real-estate in Sweden as we saw an opportunity in enhancing the value creation through sale to Norwegians and competing in the local markets for rentouts and landlord services. Developed and sold in 2004. From August 2002 to April 2004 (1 year 9 months) Sales & Marketing Manager @ Design, project management and Sales of complex financial solutions. From 1999 to 2004 (5 years) Sales Executive - Risk Management and Capital Market systems @ Marketing, sales, relationship building, and c- level negotiations. I was successful at opening up the Norwegian market for a new suite of Fx position keeping systems and Risk Management products (Kondor+ and Deal Manager). Work included Account Management for key clients, marketing and sale of financial analytical and real time information systems to banks, brokers and corporations.
