I've been with Urban Sleep since the completion of our very first property Chatham Lodge in August 2010. From managing a property of 50 en-suite bedrooms I've grown with the company & built a dedicated lettings and property management team to support the 10 properties we now have with 650+ student beds and 100+ PRS apartments. In June 2015, we successfully completed a sale of a portfolio of 502 student beds to Empiric Student Properties and we continue to let & manage this portfolio and Urban Sleep's own PRS & student properties with plans to expand further. My achievements include winning Nominations Agreements with KAPLAN Liverpool International College for academic years 2012/13, 2014/15, 2015/16 and successfully completing a tender process which resulted in Urban Sleep being awarded a membership in Liverpool John Moores University Accommodation Provider Framework in 2015. As the Regional Manager for Urban Sleep I am: Managing all Urban Sleep properties and operations.
