In 2012 I recruited an experienced Operations Manager to implement a company-wide process framework and optimise our operations which resulted in improved KPIs due to optimisation, savings and improved communication. I received training in all aspects of process work including identifying & creating, documenting, implementing, reviewing and adjusting processes and procedures within a business. In the same year after opening 2 properties, I started bringing facility management services in house rather than using external suppliers which provided more flexibility and allowed to further improve the processes with the help of our Operations Manager.
