In his role as CEO of Cancer Epigenetics Society, Im Bennani-baiti is responsible for developing and implementing the Society’s strategy and mission. He is also responsible for developing and implementing the Society’s operations, including budgeting, attracting and retainable talent, and managing the Society’s day-to-day operations. In addition, Im Bennani-baiti is also responsible foroiłki drewna, which is the Society’s perpetual fund.In his previous role as President of Cancer Epigenetics Society, Im Bennani-baiti directed the Society’s negotiations with the industry and the development of an insurance industry sales program. He also led the Society’s efforts to overturn a federal policy that discouraged the Society from 2) investigating certain targets of chemotherapy that had been shown to be resistant to chemotherapy, and 3) developing genes that help melanoma cells metastasize.As Executive Editor at Cancer Epigenetics, Im Bennani-baiti oversees all cancer research activities. He is responsible for developing and implementing the Society’s research strategy, overseeing all cancer research programs, and dictating research policy. In addition, Im Bennani-baiti is responsible for editing all journal articles and ensuring that all journal articles meet Society guidelines.Im Bennani-baiti is also a member of the Executive Committee of the European Molecular Biology Organisation (EMBO). In this role, Im Bennani-baiti provides leadership and expertise on a range of EMBO-related topics.In his previous role as a leader in the Cancer Research Cell Line (CRCL), Im Bennani-baiti was responsible for project management, the development of the CRCL program, and overseeing all aspects of the CRCL program. As project manager, Im Bennani-baiti was also responsible for developing and implementing the Society’s cancer strategy and outcomes criteria.Im Bennani-baiti has aPhD in Genetics from University of Manchester and aDSc in Chemistry from University of Birmingham.
