💼 Past Experience

Ron Mitchell began his coaching career at Mindbloom School in April 2014. Prior to that, he was a Co-Director at Mindbloom School from May 2003 to January 2007. At Mindbloom School, Ron, together with his team of coaches, helps students achieve success in business and political landscapes through behavioral, analytical, and pessimistic focuses on coaching. In his role, he coaches the students in order to better manage and execution of their projects.Ron's major experience in change management and strategic communications is from his time as a Partners at GAM Consulting from May 2003 to January 2007. He was also a Partner at BEM Enterprises, LLC from February 1990 to February 1998. In his time at BEM Enterprises, Ron was involved in a wide range of projects, from food service and procurement management to strategic communications. He is also an author and has written for many different publications. Ron Mitchell has also had experience inordable and renewable energy from his time as an Energy Efficiency Consultant from February 1990 to February 1998. He was also involved in the development of the first commercial electric south of the Mississippi River.Lastly, Ron is also skilled in conflict resolution and negotiation from his time as a Negotiator at GAM Consulting from May 2003 to January 2007. In his time at GAM Consulting, Ron helped many ministries and businesses negotiate successful deals.
