Sample clients include Social Commerce/eCommerce, Online/Mobile Advertising, and Big Data/Web Analytics product companies. From January 2009 to January 2020 (11 years 1 month) Director of Recruiting @ Clearspring/AddThis Led domestic and international recruitment efforts across all business lines for Clearspring/AddThis, the Internet's #1 sharing platform, engaging over 1 Billion monthly unique users. We built world-class engineering, sales, and support teams, had a blast, and forever changed the way content is shared on the Web. From September 2007 to December 2008 (1 year 4 months) General Manager @ Ettain Group, Inc. Established a technology recruiting office for Ettain Group in the DC market. Hired, trained and led Recruiting and Business Development teams. Developed a multi-million dollar revenue stream from scratch for the DC office, which continues today as a successful enterprise. From 2002 to 2004 (2 years) Corporate Recruiter @ Arlington Group Responsible for all corporate recruiting efforts for a Microsoft Certified Gold Solutions partner providing custom software and grants managment solutions to the non-profit sector. After getting hiring pipelines under control, sought out and took on responsibility for selling software solutions to organizations such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Public Welfare Foundation, and MCI Foundation (see above). From 2000 to 2002 (2 years) Senior Technical Recruiter/Account Rep @ Tek Systems (formerly Maxim Group) Lead recruiter for a technical recruiting team responsible for the Charlotte Maxim Group's 700% increase in weekly gross margin. Consistently recognized as a Top 10 recruiter for the East region, and key member of the 1998 South East Office of the Year. Trained and directed teams of up to 10 recruiters in the Maxim division, while also serving as a local recruiting SME for other local Aerotek/Tek offices. Selected as a representative to national panel defining the core competencies, skills, and success measures for recruiters in the world's largest technical staffing company.
