I have been working in the integration of digital and traditional media for nearly 15 years. I have held various leadership roles in Entertainment, FMCG and Media organisations. I began my career with Chrysalis PLC rising to the position of Director of Emerging Channels where I oversaw the digital evolution of the Music, Mobile and Radio businesses. I then joined Bacardi Global Brands as Global Head of Digital where I lead the integration of digital engagement practices across the portfolio, which resulted in a number of Global firsts in digital content and social media activation. After Bacardi, I joined Aegis PLC as Vice President: Global Clients and Head of Digital where I lead the development of the Aegis agency network in line with client requirements and changes in consumer behaviour. My previous role was at SMG as Chief Digital Officer where my responsibilities are focussed on ensuring we maintain and continue to develop a market leading integrated digital communications offering for our clients.
