This program consolidated the contracts, positions and balances for all business groups into a standardised and consistent data set. The initiative was part of Citi’s Best in Class Finance Transformation program and was a joint functional effort across Finance, Treasury, Risk and Compliance. This was a new position with matrix reporting into the Chief Data Officer with responsibility to ensure that the project DQ program met the requirements of the CDO data roadmap and governance models.
