17 years progressive leadership positions in the US Air Force. I ensure the members of my organizations have the right training, tools, and equipment to do their jobs safely and efficiently. I seek ways to reduce waste in processes, minimize wait times, and maximize resource effectiveness. The Air Force has equipped me with skills in logistics and supply chain management, education and training, safety, resource management, and leadership of both small tactical teams and large, multifunctional ones.
My passion lies in leading teams that provide the right supplies and services to the right place at the right time. Much of my work in the Air Force has involved supplying military forces, moving critically ill patients to care and speeding humanitarian supplies to disaster areas around the globe.
Outside of work I love spending time with family, drumming for church bands, running, and tinkering with technology.
