Deutsche Telekom are providing its customers with a range of services that can be paid for using your mobile phone to complement its contactless payment service. Deezer is a music streaming service that is being offered via Bill Pay and as a result I was involved in the analysis of the technical requirements for this service rollout.
CB2 - CMS, Developer
CB2 is an in-house CMS used to drive one of Deutsche Telekom’s core API's and is used by services such as Top Apps. I have been involved in the build of the second release of this product. CB2 relies on Node to deliver RESTful ROCA style API's.

A continuous integration build chain and weekly sprints provided the team with the skills and discipline to confidently release new features weekly.

From November 2010 to April 2011 (6 months) London, United KingdomWeb Developer @ My role at Miniweb involved the design and development of an online video aggregation service called woomi which launched in Jan 2011. The goal of the service is to bridge the gap between TV and the Internet and encourage content discovery using the latest range of Connected TVs. I was part of a 4 man team who were solely focused on the client side development of the service with the aid of a designer. The client consumes an internal API via Ajax, who’s requirements have been driven by the client side data requirements and 3rd party API’s. The team have successfully achieved its goals by following agile disciplines such as sprints, sizing and stand ups and has made determined efforts to communicate effectively.

British Gas - Windows Mobile Developer. My role involved developing the first SAP to Windows mobile adapter which was adopted by Microsoft. The adapter enabled users to access SAP reporting, news streams, and SAP work-flow monitoring on their windows mobile devices. The solution had to be robust enough for use in disconnected environments..
Lucida, Web Applications Developer. My role at Lucida involved the use of Ajax and ASP.NET to deliver reporting functionality to the business and allow them to extract an XML snapshot of the business’s data at any given time.
Centrica - BizTalk Developer. My role at Centrica involved the development of a gas forecasting & trading platform. C# & BizTalk were used to create a highly scalable messaging platform which enabled Centrica to make critical business decisions and provide a centralised gas trading platform.
Jones Lang Lasalle - CRM Developer. My role at JLL involved working on the Use Case & Requirements documentation for the Analysis phase of the project. I was involved in the work-flow process discussions and led my own business review / sign off meetings in order to complete documentation. From January 2007 to October 2008 (1 year 10 months) Web Developer @ My role within the JohnsonDiversey’s global IT centre was as a web developer. I integrated into a multicultural environment interacting with an international development team based throughout Europe & India. As well as improving my development skills, I had exposure to the analysis, design and development of the business processes involved, which gave me the ability to solve real life business issues. From February 2004 to February 2005 (1 year 1 month)
